This portable welding machines used in the construction site and
groove, for connecting PP, PVDF, PE pipes, also in the workshop
production of pipe fittings.
Purpose: It is suitable for welding the plastic pipes, and making
pipe fittings made of PE, PP and other plastic materials on site
and in the workshop.
Characteristic:
1.The machine consists of four parts, like machine frame, cutter,
electric heating plate and basket (heating plate and cutter
bracket).
2. Polytetrafluoroethylene coating is used on the surface of the
electric heating plate, and the independent temperature control
system is used.
3.Using the electric milling cutter, it has the function of single
and double side milling. The milling cutter is made of high quality
steel, double blade design, and adjustable double using.
4. The main part of the frame uses the aluminum alloy material,
simple structure for convenient using.
